Viterra Cup Standings – January 2017

Bryson Traptow (Camrose Kodiaks) has taken the lead in the Viterra Cup Standings with 60 points and 12 Viterra AJHL Star of the Game Selections.  Traptow surpassed Jordan Xavier, who held top spot for the opening four months of the season.

Jordan Xavier (Okotoks Oilers) is second in the Viterra Cup Standings with 11 Star of the Game Selections and 55 points.  There is a two-way tie for third spot between Josh Harris (Spruce Grove Saints) and Ben Assad (Calgary Canucks) at 50 points.

Each of the 480 AJHL regular season games conclude with the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game Award, which recognizes a player from each team deemed to be the game’s top player.  Every time a player is recognized as a Viterra AJHL Star of the Game throughout the regular season, they will receive 5 points in the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game Standings.
