The St. Albert Steel Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club Seeks Director of Marketing and Sales
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Corporate sponsorship sales and servicing
• Liaison between corporate partners and team
• Event management & implementation or promotional and fundraising team events
• Develop team publications
• Advertising and public relations
• Develop and execute media properties
• Provide administration assistance to General Manager and / or Coach
QUALIFICATIONS
• Post secondary education in related discipline is an asset
• Corporate sales experience
• Supervisory experience an asset
• Experience relating to developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently and in a fast paced, deadline based environment
This position is best suited for a highly motivated individual with a strong marketing and/or sales background. The Director of Marketing position offers a great working environment with flexible hours and excellent earning potential.
